nRole Description
nWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building solid client relationships, take care of B2B & B2C operations and driving company growth through effective sales strategies.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product assistance.n
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, retailers, and other business clients.n
- Take care of stalls and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.n




- Monitor inventory availability and ensure proper stock management at stalls and sales locations.n
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment and order fulfilment.n
- Manage retail and bulk orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.n
- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and payments.n
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.n
- Maintain basic records of sales, stock, orders, and customer requirements.n
- Handle sales of products, merchandise, corporate orders, and bulk apparel requirements.n
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, Billing and events when required.n

nRequirements

- Fresher to Min 1 year experiencen
- Language : English is mustn
- Diploma/master's degree in MBA/PGDMn
- Proven experience in B2C sales or corporate/wholesale apparel supply.n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.n
- Ability to work independently
