About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to own the end-to-end quality function across Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Visual Inspection, Data Quality, and Process Quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who has built and scaled quality systems from the ground up and is comfortable working across operations, engineering, manufacturing,



and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in automotive, manufacturing, mobility, robotics, electronics, or hardware, along with exposure to AI/ML, computer vision, robotics, or large-scale data-quality operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Leadership

Own and define the overall QA/QC strategy, processes, standards, and KPIs.
Build and scale quality systems across operations and manufacturing.
Establish a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Visual & Product Quality

Develop robust visual inspection and defect-detection processes.
Define inspection standards, sampling methodologies, and defect classification frameworks.
Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality issues.

Quality Systems & Processes

Develop and implement SOPs, inspection protocols, quality gates, and audit mechanisms.
Establish CAP
