What we’re building
We’re hiring for an exciting pre-launch consumer brand in the utility space. We can’t say much more yet – but if you’re up to chat, we’d love to tell you (some) more. What we can say? It’ll be novel, exciting & full of surprises. The brand is slated to launch by ~Oct ‘26.

If you have a passion for great design, a creative mind, solid aesthetic instincts, ability and interest to learn & grow and love for consumer-first communication – you’ll love this role. You can look forward to collaborating with a fun and close-knit agile team.

Role & responsibility
1 – Research, research, reference, reference. Immerse yourself in industry, category, consumer, competitors and culture.



Be the voice of the consumer and bring insights, refs, trends and ideas to the table.
2 – Help build the brand. Collaborate on brand strategy, positioning, identity, tone of voice and content systems, and work with design teams to bring them to life.
3 – Own content end-to-end. Develop and manage content across social, ads, website, email and other consumer touchpoints - from ideation and copy through to execution and publishing.
4 – Own social. Build content calendars, spot trends and opportunities, develop social-first content, manage community and keep the brand culturally relevant.
5 – Be hands-on with making. Be comfortable shooting, editing, Canva-ing, working with creators/UGC and generally figuring out how to turn an idea into an asset without needing a village every time.
6 – Bring the same energy to The Build Inc. Support our consulting work through consumer research, references, brand thinking, content and creative ideas,
