Designation: Manager - Sales

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore

Position Description:

We are looking for a Manager – Direct Sales to drive new business and revenue growth for mediasmart by building direct relationships with brands and advertisers. The role will focus on identifying and winning new advertisers, understanding their marketing objectives and positioning mediasmart’s programmatic, mobile, CTV and DOOH solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network of direct advertisers, a consultative sales approach and a solid understanding of digital and programmatic advertising.

What You'll Do

Drive current business acquisition by identifying, engaging and converting direct advertisers across relevant industries.
Build and manage relationships with brand marketing, digital, media and growth teams.
Develop a strong pipeline of prospective advertisers and own the sales cycle from prospecting through closure.
Understand client objectives and translate them into relevant programmatic and omnichannel media solutions.




Sell mediasmart’s capabilities across mobile, CTV, DOOH, audience targeting, location-based advertising and performance-led campaigns.
Develop customised pitches, proposals and media solutions based on client requirements.
Work closely with internal Sales, Campaign Management, Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client delivery.
Build long-term relationships with advertisers and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Track pipeline, revenue and sales activity and consistently work towards revenue targets.
Stay close to market trends, advertiser priorities, competitive offerings and emerging opportunities in digital advertising.
Represent mediasmart at relevant industry events and build visibility within the advertiser ecosystem.
