Role Summary

Drive PhonePe Ads' market presence and commercial growth across West and South India by nurturing key agency partnerships.

Lead a dual-focus strategy:



embed PhonePe Ads into core agency media plans and host high-visibility immersion events to accelerate brand adoption and pipeline growth.

Serve as PhonePe's strategic ambassador, engaging agency leadership and CXOs with compelling data-driven ad solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Partnership & Evangelism: Build deep, long-term relationships with planners, strategists, and executives across major agency holding companies to position PhonePe Ads as a preferred media channel.

Commercial Execution: Deliver weekly visibility on agency-level revenues, active sales pipelines, and key deal blockers directly to the Business Head.

Product & Market Alignment: Partner with internal product and data teams to refine PhonePe’s audience cohort messaging and deliver sharp market feedback on competitor pricing and sentiment.
