Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in and drive end-to-end solution testing using real hardware/firmware infrastructure,



spending hands-on time conducting functional and non-functional testing solutions
Personally develop, review, and refine comprehensive QA test plans covering functional, integration, and system-level testing scenarios for both firmware and hardware layers
Design and execute black-box and grey-box testing to validate functional requirements, uncover edge cases, and perform deep-level debugging of issues
Develop and contribute to test automation frameworks, scripts, and infrastructure; actively code automation solutions for complex testing scenarios
Lead and mentor a Solutions QA team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, quality ownership, and continuous improvement
Establish and enforce quality gates and acceptance criteria aligned with product requirements, risk analysis, and business objectives
Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to understand implementation details, identify testabilit
