Job Description: Marketing Specialist — Video & Content

Role Overview
We're looking for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who can take a brand from concept to camera-ready — and measure the impact every step of the way. In this role, you'll own the full content lifecycle: scripting, filming coordination, editing, publishing, and optimizing content across digital platforms. ? Key Responsibilities
Video Production (Pre- to Post-Production)
Plan and execute video projects from concept development and scripting through final delivery and publishing
Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads) and long-form content (brand documentaries, tutorials, webinars) with sharp pacing, robust narrative, and on-brand aesthetics
Handle color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, captions, and export optimization for each platform
Coordinate shoot logistics including scheduling, equipment prep,



and on-site direction where required
Maintain an organized asset library (raw footage, graphics, templates, brand files)
Content Planning & Strategy
Build and manage a content calendar aligned with campaign goals, product launches, and seasonal moments
Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Write compelling scripts, captions, hooks, and calls-to-action tailored to each platform's format and audience
Repurpose long-form content into snackable short-form clips, carousels, email snippets, and blog excerpts
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor key content metrics (views, reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, watch time, conversions) using native analytics and third-party tools
Generate regular performance reports with insights and data-backed
