Role Overview




We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Marketing Account Managers – Field Sales to drive new business acquisition and market expansion for Datamate’s Healthcare IT solutions in Kerala.
This role is designed for highly motivated “hunter-profile” sales professionals with strong field-sales capabilities, hospital networking experience, and a proven track record of closing enterprise or institutional deals. The ideal candidate should possess the confidence to engage with hospital leadership teams including Medical Directors, Administrators, CXOs, and decision-makers.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing consultative sales cycles, and achieving assigned revenue targets through disciplined execution of CRM-driven sales processes.
