Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President – Real Assets Fund Accounting to lead fund accounting operations for Real Assets funds, including Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit, Energy, and other Alternative Investment structures. The individual will be responsible for overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, NAV review, client servicing, team leadership, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in alternative investment fund accounting, solid leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage key client relationships in a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting
Oversee end-to-end fund accounting operations for Real Assets funds.
Review and approve NAV packages, capital account statements, and investor allocations.
Ensure accurate accounting treatment of investment transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, financing activities, and complex allocations.




Review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standards.
Monitor fund performance metrics and reporting deliverables.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary escalation point for key clients.
Build strong relationships with fund managers, investment advisors, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Lead client service review meetings and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage complex client requests and drive resolution within agreed timelines.
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead and develop a team of Fund Accounting professionals, including AVPs, Managers, and Associates.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
Conduct regular reviews and provide technical guidance on accounting and reporting matters.
