Role Description
The Visa Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with prospective clients, understanding their immigration goals, assessing their initial eligibility, and recommending suitable visa and immigration programs offered by the company. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune,



focused on converting qualified leads into successful enrollments while providing accurate and professional guidance throughout the sales process.
The role involves conducting consultations with clients through calls, meetings, and other communication channels, explaining immigration programs, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, fees, timelines, and the overall application process. The Visa Sales Consultant will be responsible for following up with leads, addressing client queries and concerns, handling objections, negotiating where appropriate, and ensuring timely conversion of leads into sales.
The consultant will maintain regular communication with prospective and enrolled clients, coordinate with the operations and processing teams for a smooth handover after enrollment, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and ensure that all sales activities and client information are properly documented.
