Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to perform initial business analysis and create basic process documents in line with defined guidelines to assist team members in understanding client requirements and supporting early-stage analysis and documentation activities.

Area of Responsibility
Business process analysis-Perform basic data analysis and prepare easy dashboards and reports as per defined guidelines.
Market research & benchmarking-Gather basic information from predefined sources to support in identifying alternate third party products.
Documentation-"Create drafts of process notes and workflow documents by following predefined formats and templates.
Assist in updating requirement logs maintained for clients, under the guidance of senior team members."
Revenue Growth-Assist in gathering clarifications and feedback on proposed RFP/RFI solutions.

Position: Business Analyst
Wipro Band: B2
Voice/ Non-Voice: Both Voice & Non-Voice. Ratio of 70:30 respectively
Shift: 24*7 (Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week offs)




Qualification: Graduate degree
Experience: 60-80 months
Experience Breakup: BPO Experience and min 2 years of Trust & Safety / Content Moderation experience
Essential Hiring Skills:
Proficient in English communication and writing.
Min 5 years of work experience
Min 2 years of Trust & Safety / Content Moderation experience
Strong knowledge of RCA and quality framework
Good in current affairs (major across globe)
Trainable Skills: Will be trained on the workspace product
