Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Bengaluru. The Telesales Representative will engage with prospective and existing clients over phone calls to explain insurance products, understand coverage needs,



and recommend suitable solutions in line with the company’s client-first advisory approach. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, handling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of conversations and sales activities in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for policy information, assisting clients with basic servicing queries, and supporting the resolution of issues to enhance client satisfaction. The Telesales Representative is expected to meet defined sales targets ethically, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and processes.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation, active listening, and the ability to simplify insurance concepts for clients.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
