Parcel Boy Responsibilities

Collect parcels from the hub/store.

Check parcel details and delivery address.

Safely carry and handle parcels.

Deliver parcels to customers on time.

Take customer confirmation/signature/OTP after delivery.

Collect COD payment, if applicable.

Update delivery status in the company app.

Return undelivered parcels to the hub.

Maintain proper behaviour with customers.

Follow company rules and safety guidelines.

Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike and documents.
