Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with property leads through calls, OLX, property portals and other platforms

• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits

• Negotiate and assist clients through the sales process

• Build solid long-term relationships with clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Confident and presentable personality

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
