We are looking to hire staff for Highfield Tea Factory / Shop, Coonoor for the position of Factory Guide & Sales Executive.

Position: Factory Guide & Sales Executive

Location: Highfield Tea Factory / Shop, Coonoor

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Sales Incentive: Starting from ₹2,000 per month

The ₹10,000 fixed salary is guaranteed. The additional ₹2,000 is a starting sales incentive, based on sales performance.

The more you sell, the higher your incentive will be. Good sales performance provides an prospect to earn significantly more than ₹12,000 per month.

2 days off per month will be provided.

The two days off will be decided at the beginning of each month based on the employee's preference.

❌ No leave on Saturdays or Sundays

❌ No leave on public holidays

❌ No leave during major holidays or peak tourist periods, if applicable

Candidate Requirements

1.Good communication and sales skills are essential.

2.



Fluent English and Hindi are mandatory.

3.Knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam will be an advantage.

4.Candidates must be willing to learn, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly.

5.Candidates should be comfortable interacting with tourists and customers.

6.Local candidates from Coonoor and surrounding areas will be given first preference.

7.The candidate will be responsible for guiding visitors through the tea factory, explaining the tea-making process, interacting with customers, promoting products, and handling sales at the outlet.

Accommodation may be provided based on multilingual skills and business requirements. Accommodation is not guaranteed and will be considered depending on the candidate's language abilities and suitability for the position.
