Job Type: Full time (Field Work)

Salary: ₹23,000 to 27,000/month + Incentives + TA + Statutory Benefits

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree

• 1–3 years of Field Sales experience preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert walk-in customers into painting business opportunities

• Visit customer homes for consultation, product/shade selection, and quotation support

• Coordinate with painting contractors and manage work schedules





• Generate sales and acquire new customers

• Supervise work-in-progress sites

• Achieve sales targets

• Collect payments and maintain customer relationships

Preferred:

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
