We are looking for a Fashion Designer to join our growing clothing brand.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle online customer enquiries and orders

-Understand customer requirements and provide design suggestions

-Assist customers with fabric, colour, styling and outfit selection

-Coordinate and manage orders from confirmation to delivery

-Follow up with tailoring, production and dispatch teams

-Maintain accurate order details and ensure timely processing

-Handle customer communication and provide a smooth shopping experience

Requirements

Qualification/experience in Fashion Designing

-Good knowledge of women’s ethnic & contemporary fashion

-Robust customer-handling and communication skills

-Proficiency in English is a MUST

-Good organizational and multitasking skills

-Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously

-Prior experience in online sales / e-commerce / fashion retail is an advantage
