ACCOUNTS & GST BILLING EXECUTIVE

CITY CAR DECORS – Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & GST Billing Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

GST Billing and Invoice Preparation

Purchase Bill Entry and Purchase Filing

Sales and Purchase Record Maintenance

Basic Accounts and Day-to-Day Book Maintenance

GST-related Data Preparation and Filing Support

Stock and Expense Entry

Customer and Supplier Account Maintenance

Operating OPTECH Billing Software

Maintaining proper digital and physical records

Coordinating with our CA/Accountant when required

Requirements:

Experience in GST Billing and Basic Accounting preferred

Knowledge of Purchase and Sales Entries and GST Invoices

Familiarity with Billing/Accounting Software

OPTECH Billing Software experience is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Computer Operations

Valuable attention to detail and responsibility

Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply

Female candidates preferred.(35+)

Salary: Based on qualification and experience
