Job Description

ARK Enterprises, Apollo Tyres Distributor for Palakkad, is looking for an energetic and responsible Telecaller / Telesales Executive for our office at Edathara, Parali.

Key Responsibilities

Call existing customers and dealers for order follow-up

Contact new customers and generate sales enquiries

Receive and record customer orders accurately

Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and payments

Communicate with customers through phone and WhatsApp

Coordinate with the sales, billing, and delivery teams

Maintain daily call, order, and follow-up reports

Work towards daily and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements

Good Malayalam communication skills

Basic English communication skills

Positive customer-handling and convincing ability

Basic knowledge of computers,



WhatsApp, and Excel

Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented

Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Candidates from Parali, Edathara, or nearby areas will be preferred

Qualification

Plus Two or above preferred

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000
