The Role:

The Analyst, Global Total Rewards supports the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of 11:11 Systems’ global compensation and benefits programs. This role maintains accurate rewards data, produces insights for decision-making, and helps deliver consistent, equitable, and market-informed employee programs across the countries in which 11:11 Systems operates. The right person is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, discreet with sensitive information, and able to translate complex data into clear recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.

This is a full-time remote role, based in India, reporting to the Global Benefits Manager. This role is expected to work standard UK business hours (1:30pm to 10:30pm IST).

Responsibilities:

Support the administration of global compensation and benefits programs, including data preparation, recurring program processes, employee-impacting changes, and documentation.
Analyze market benchmarking, internal equity, salary structures, and compensation data to identify trends, risks,



and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate annual and ad hoc compensation processes, including merit, incentive, promotion, and job change activities, ensuring accurate inputs, approvals, and timely completion.
Maintain job architecture, job description, job title, and rewards-related data in approved HR systems and repositories, including SharePoint and ADP as applicable.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses for Total Rewards leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders.
Partner with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, employees, managers, advantages providers, brokers, and other external vendors to resolve questions and support effective program delivery.
