Influences engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to adopt platform standards, implementation approaches, and guardrails that improve consistency and reduce duplication. Resolves complex platform engineering issues by analyzing technical and operational constraints, identifying root causes, and shaping durable solutions. Guides engineers and peers on platform practices, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches without formal people-management accountability. Builds reusable platform patterns, engineering guardrails, and enablement assets that improve consistency, reduce delivery friction, and support broader platform adoption across teams.
