Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and relationship-oriented Business Development Associate to help expand the reach of Ekam-In's educational programs.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys meeting people,



building partnerships, and contributing to a purpose-driven organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate current leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Promote Ekam-In's educational programs to parents, schools, and organizations.
- Conduct follow-up calls, meetings, and presentations to convert enquiries into enrollments or partnerships.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly business development and enrollment targets.

Financial Literacy Program Development
- Reach out to schools to introduce Financial Literacy Workshops.
- Coordinate meetings with school principals, academic coordinators, and management teams.
- Promote workshops for students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Build partnerships with community organizations and residential societies.
