CSR - Customer Service Representative
- Welcome and assist guests at the game zone/front desk.
- Handle ticketing, billing, recharge and membership-related queries.
- Explain games, packages, offers and ongoing promotions to customers.
- Upsell packages, memberships and additional activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth game-zone activities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and guest information.
- Ensure front desk area and customer service standards are maintained.
- Support daily operational and promotional activities as required.
- Maintain a friendly, skilled and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
