- Main Purpose of Job:
To transform wireframes and UX concepts into high-fidelity, developer-ready UI designs for ISS’s complex B2B operational product ecosystem. Reporting to the UI/UX Lead, the UI Designer is responsible for creating polished,



interactive artifacts that bridge the gap between UX discovery and front-end engineering. This role ensures our digital workflows are visually consistent, highly usable, and seamlessly handed off for technical execution.

Responsibilities:
High-Fidelity Design & Prototyping
- Build advanced, interactive prototypes (using Figma) to simulate real-world system behavior for final usability testing and business sign-off.

Design System & Standardization
- Partner directly with the UI/UX Lead to build, expand, and maintain a robust, centralized UI Component Library (Design System) that enforces a unified design language across all internal products.
- Define and document all UI states (hover, active, disabled, error) and responsive behaviors to ensure absolute consistency across the ecosystem.

Developer Handoff & Agile Alignment
- Create meticulous design handoff documentation (redlines, spacing, interaction guidelines) to ensure front-
