QualificationsB.Sc. Nursing / field experience + three Years post qualification experience or PG with field experience.
& Experience

Desirable- Prior experience in conducting community-based research.
- Experience in fieldwork and willingness to work extensively in rural field areas (this is a

completely field-based position).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with postnatal

mothers, community members, and health workers.
- Knowledge of RMNCH+A (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent

Health) National Programs.




- Experience in conducting training sessions for health workers and participating in their

monthly review meetings.
- Experience in qualitative data collection, including:
- Direct observations
- o Interviews with mothers
- o Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
- Proficiency in digital technology, including data collection and data entry using tablets (Tab).
- Valuable command of Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in rural and community settings with frequent travel to field locations.
