Accounts Payable Executive

Company: R.D. Distributors
Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Location: Kamptee Road, Nagpur

Responsibilities:
- Handle vendor invoices - check, verify and enter in system
- Process payments to suppliers on time
- Maintain records of bills, invoices, and transactions:
- Match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and resolve mismatches
- Coordinate with vendors for payment queries or issues:
- Prepare basic reports and expense summaries:
- Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation:
- Keep track of outstanding payments:
- In general, accounts payable roles focus on managing company expenses and ensuring all bills are paid correctly and on time.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounts / commerce:




- Familiarity with Excel or accounting software:
- Good attention to detail
- Basic communication skills

Qualification:
- B.Com / Commerce background preferred
- Freshers or 0-2 years experience can apply

Working Details:
- Full time role
- Office-based job

Salary Insight:
For entry-level roles, ₹13K-15K/month is common in smaller firms, though average accounts payable salaries in India can grow much higher with experience.
