About this Role:
What you will do:
- Deliver control compliance and testing activities for in-scope ESG Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Conduct Quality Assurance reviews of Control Self-Attestations (CSA).Track audit engagements and support timely closure of audit observations.Plan and execute the ESG controls compliance cycle in accordance with Group methodologies.Partner with business process and control owners to enhance control design and remediation activities.Promote a culture of effective controls and compliance across the organisation.Design and deliver ESG controls training and knowledge-sharing sessions.Coordinate with internal audit teams, external auditors, and global stakeholders.Identify and implement control rationalisation and optimisation opportunities.Develop ESG risk assessment frameworks supporting CSRD reporting requirements.Establish and maintain ESG risk registers aligned with EU s
