Looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil (Post Contracts/Billing work) in Alibaug, Maharashtra region for an esteemed client.
- Undertake quantity take-offs for Civil, Structure, Architectural works using IS 1200, POMI or other similar
- standards. Use software tools (e.g., Cost X, AutoCAD) for quantity take-off and summarize quantities, transfer
- data into BOQs or cost plans including carrying out bulk checks. Draft or Validate Bills of Quantities including
- carrying out bulk checks.
- Support cost estimation activities by identifying basic material and labour rates and understanding rate analysis
- for standard work items.
- Having basic understanding on tendering process and documentation.
- Prepare interim payment recommendations, maintain cost control documentation, and manage change control
- processes. Contribute to cost reporting, cashflow forecasting, valuation of variations, tracking of risk allowances,
- and preparation of final accounts
- implications of materials, labour and construction methods during design and execution stages.

B.E./Diploma - Civil with 8-10 Years of experience in Post contracts work
