Interior designer Mid-level:
Corporate offices experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
1.Design Development: Create interior design concepts, including space planning, interior details, and decor elements.

2.Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to assess their needs and preferences, presenting design ideas and revisions for approval.

3.Conceptualization: Develop mood boards, colour palettes, and design strategies to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments.

4.Space Optimization: Enhance functionality through thoughtful layout adjustments and the strategic placement of furniture, artwork, and decor.

5. Timeline Management: Prepare project drawings, manage timelines, and coordinate contractors, vendors, and external partners.

7.GFC Drawings / BOQ As discussed

Skill:

-
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD,Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit etc.) and hand-drawing and Layouts
- Mep coordination layouts
- Robust communication and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
