Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to office security protocols.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
- Handle courier, mail, and document management.
- Support administrative activities, including office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Assist HR and Administration with employee onboarding logistics and other office-related activities.
- Ensure a positive first impression by delivering excellent customer service.





Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Administration in hospital set up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Customer-focused mindset with excellent etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
