About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of Project Logistics export shipments via Air and Ocean freight.
- Handle specialized cargo movements including:
- Break Bulk Cargo
- Open Top Containers
- Flat Rack Containers
- Flat Bed Trailers
- Heavy Lift and Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC)
- Out-of-Gauge (OOG) Shipments
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and execute project cargo transportation while ensuring operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Arrange equipment and transportation suitable for cargo dimensions and weight requirements.
- Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely updates to customers and management.




- Ensure accurate documentation, customs compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate loading, lashing, securing, and movement of oversized cargo.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to avoid shipment delays.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, transport vendors, and service providers.

Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Project Logistics and Freight Forwarding operations.
- Hands-on experience in handling Break Bulk, OOG, Open Top, Flat Rack, and Heavy Lift shipments.
- Valuable understanding of Air Export and Ocean Export operational processes.
- Knowledge of vessel schedules, routing, cargo planning, and transportation regulations.
- Ability to study cargo dimensions and determine suitable equipment for movement.
- Understanding of cargo securing, lashing, and handling requirements.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
