JOB Description of Architect
- Role & Responsibilities:
- Strong design and creativity with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Preparation of designs to meet the clients program, quality guidelines and project constrains staying true design intent.
- Proficient in developing and producing design packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification.
- Manage overall budget, schedules & general submittals and coordination on interior projects.
- Interact regularly with team members involved in project to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Provide periodic updates to the client in a clear and documented manner of all aspects of the projects on the status of the project as per the milestones agreed.
- Coordinate with Clients, Directors, Design Leads, Team Members, Consultants, Municipal authorities to ensure provide project related data/information.
- Check sample materials used to ensure they adhere to quality standards and comply with the design.




- Good at Concept & drawings for Commercial projects like Malls, Standalone shops etc
- Managing the design team, consultants, suppliers at all stages from concept design through to post
- site operations.
- Ability to strictly manage project budgets and to work to tight deadlines.Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D MAX, MS Office.
- Ability to multi
- task and manage various and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications required:
- Architect degree/ diploma

Required experience:
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant work experience as an Architect
- excluding internships.

Other qualities:
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic hand sketching skills. Ability to work in a team and give and take direction.
- Team handling skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
