Role Description: The Franchise Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Saket, responsible for driving the growth of School’s franchise network. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners, managing lead generation activities, and conducting presentations and meetings to explain the franchise model and value proposition. The Franchise Sales Manager will develop business plans with prospective franchisees,



support them through the evaluation and onboarding process, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, nurturing long-term relationships with franchise partners, and representing the school at events, seminars, and other outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, especially in franchising or multi-unit expansion, is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Education Sales.
