The Primary Mathematics & Science Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, inquiry-based lessons that develop students' conceptual understanding, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and scientific curiosity. The teacher will create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment while supporting the school's vision of holistic education and 21st-century skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and teach Mathematics and Science lessons as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain a disciplined, protected, and engaging classroom.
- Conduct hands-on activities, experiments, and STEM projects.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, PTMs, and professional development programmes.
- Complete academic and administrative responsibilities on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science/Mathematics.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Experience in teaching Primary classes is preferred.
