Key Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting relating to Corporate Law and IBC matters.
- Support the team in case management, including maintaining case records, tracking hearings, deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Conduct research on the Companies Act, IBC, SEBI regulations and applicable rules, regulations and case laws.
- Assist in preparing case briefs, legal opinions, notes and research papers.
- Coordinate and compile relevant documents and information for litigation and advisory matters.
- Assist seniors in handling litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory matters.
- Monitor developments in Corporate Law, IBC and related regulatory frameworks.

Mandatory Requirement
- Prior experience/internship with a Corporate Law Firm is mandatory.:
- Hands-on exposure to IBC matters is mandatory.:
- Strong interest and understanding of Corporate Law and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC).




- Valuable legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain proper documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
