Job Description - Field Executive

Location: South-East Bangalore (Field-Based Role)Job Type: Full-TimeWork Schedule: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday - Weekly Off)Experience: Minimum 1 year preferredRole OverviewKey Responsibilities
- Visit assigned residential properties as per the daily schedule.
- Conduct routine property inspections and document observations.
- Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and maintenance vendors.- Assist in move-in and move-out inspections.
- Verify property inventory and property condition.
- Ensure tasks are completed within assigned timelines.
- Maintain professional communication during site visits.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (PUC).
- Graduation is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations,



delivery, real estate, or similar on-ground roles.
- Comfortable with daily local travel across South-East Bangalore.
- Basic smartphone proficiency (photos, apps, reporting).
- Valuable communication skills in English and any local language.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
