Job Description - Lead, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead - Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions.



This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable dashboards, reports, and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Solution Design
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define reporting and data visualization needs.
- Recommend analytics solutions and reporting strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Drive adoption of reporting and analytics capabilities across business functions.

Power BI Development & Data Visualization
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
