Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Manage TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users through phone, remote access, or onsite visits.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT hardware and ensure system reliability.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Assist in data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and procurement.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Information Technology,



Computer Science, or a related field.
- Positive knowledge of computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, and wireless networking.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and basic IT support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certification.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, or Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and IT ticketing systems.
