About Us

Dr. Sobti's Dental Care is a premium, implant-focused dental clinic in Rajouri Garden, West Delhi, with an in-house digital lab and an attached dental academy. We are known for advanced implant, full-arch, and smile designing treatments and a high standard of patient care. We're looking for a warm, organized, and confident Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients.

Role Overview

As our Front Desk Executive, you will run the reception, handle patient calls and enquiries, manage appointments, and keep the front office moving smoothly. You'll be the bridge between our patients and our clinical team — creating a outstanding first impression from the moment a patient calls or walks in.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a professional and friendly front-desk experience
- Answer incoming calls and enquiries promptly,



and follow up with patients over phone and WhatsApp
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments, and manage the daily appointment calendar
- Register new patients and maintain accurate records in the clinic management software
- Coordinate patient flow between reception, doctors, and the treatment coordination team
- Share basic clinic and treatment information with enquiring patients and route them correctly
- Handle billing, payment collection, and invoicing at the front desk
- Follow up on pending appointments and consultations to reduce no-shows
- Maintain the reception area, manage walk-ins, and handle general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with a clear and pleasant phone manner
- Confidence and comfort speaking with patients over the phone and in person
- Strong computer skills — comfortable with clinic/practice-management software,
