Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Identification & Sourcing: Field visits to identify and source prospective customers, specifically focusing on Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and individual borrowers in targeted rural or semi-urban locations.
- Collection & Recovery: Regular follow-ups with borrowers to ensure the timely collection of weekly or monthly loan installments, keeping non-performing assets (NPA) to a minimum.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and promote a positive brand image of Arohon within the community.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
