ROLE OVERVIEW

The SEO / SMM Executive will be responsible for strengthening RPR's digital presence by improving organic search visibility and managing an active, engaging social media footprint. This role supports RPR's expansion into website design, digital marketing, and related services, and requires close coordination with the design and content teams to translate the company's service offerings into content that ranks well and resonates with target audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities across RPR's service lines.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking for search engines.
- Build and manage quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory listings.

2. Social Media Marketing
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.




- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, graphics, and short-form videos) in coordination with the design team.
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, and community interactions; respond to queries and comments in a timely manner.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with company announcements, service launches, and industry themes.

3. Paid Campaigns & Analytics
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads/Meta Ads) as required, tracking spend against results.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO and social performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform insights.
- Prepare periodic performance reports covering rankings, website analytics, and social media metrics for Management.

4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the content, design, and website development teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
