We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid background in healthcare sales to drive business growth within hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare groups, diagnostic centers, and healthcare enterprises.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Promote AI-enabled consulting services and digital transformation solutions to healthcare organizations.
- Sell enterprise solutions including CRM, ERP, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), AI platforms, healthcare IT tools, automation solutions,



or high-end medical equipment.
- Understand customer business challenges and propose customized AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and executive-level meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Coordinate with technical and consulting teams to develop client-specific solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
- Represent the company at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

Required Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience selling one or more of the following:
- CRM Solutions
- ERP Solutions
- Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
- Healthcare IT Softwa
