Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management (Approx. 70% Focus)
- Own P&L; for marketplace channels and deliver on revenue, margin, and sell-through targets.
- Plan, create, and optimize promotional campaigns (JBP), deals, coupons, and events on marketplaces aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Manage marketplace catalog: listings, content quality, images, A+ content, SEO keywords, and category placement to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory health, PO planning, and stock availability in coordination with supply/operations teams to avoid stockouts and overstock.
- Optimize pricing, discounts, and contribution margins, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics (sessions, conversions, CTR, ACOS/ROAS, revenue, returns, ratings, reviews) and implement data-driven actions.




- Work closely with marketplace account managers for growth initiatives, visibility opportunities, event participation, and resolution of operational issues.
- Drive review generation and rating improvement strategies to enhance product and brand credibility.

Performance Marketing & Growth - Marketplaces
- Plan and execute sponsored ads and performance campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Displays, and other formats) on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for ACOS/ROAS, CPC, reach, and conversion, using keyword analysis, bids optimization, and placement strategies.
- Use marketplace analytics, dashboards, and reports to identify growth levers, hero products, and underperforming SKUs to prioritize action.

Own Website (D2C) Growth
- Define and execute the ecommerce growth strategy for the brand’s own website in alignment with overall business objectives.
