Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in planning holidays based on their preferences and budget.
- Sell domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, cruises, visas, and travel insurance.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by following up with clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Required Skills:
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Ability to create customized itineraries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems/CRM.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Operations management: 3 years (preferred)
- Client services: 3 years (preferred)
- B2C: 3 years (preferred)
