Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager with an Electrical Engineering/Electrical background to manage and grow our company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter) and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Create engaging content related to:
- Electrical/engineering projects and site updates
- Project photographs and videos
- Before-and-after project transformations
- Technical and educational posts
- Electrical safety awareness
- Employee spotlights and company culture
- Recruitment and employer branding campaigns
- Corporate announcements and achievements




- Client testimonials and case studies
- Infographics, Reels, Shorts and long-form videos
- Product/service promotions and festival communications
- Maintain consistent company branding across digital platforms.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns for reach, engagement, website traffic and lead generation.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and internal teams.
- Plan and coordinate photography/video shoots at project sites and corporate events.
- Travel to project sites when required for content creation.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews and customer interactions professionally.
- Support HR with recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors and current social media opportunities.
