Job Description - Social Media Manager

Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi (In-Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the weekly social media content calendar.
- Design and create engaging social media posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels.
- Capture and edit basic product photos and videos for social media.
- Write engaging captions tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Create static and video ad creatives as per marketing requirements.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and relevant memes to create timely and original brand content.
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets, including photos, videos, captions, and design files.
- Support product shoots by preparing products and capturing behind-the-scenes content.
- Track content performance and audience engagement to improve future content.
- Engage organically with relevant creators, brands, and communities to increase brand visibility.




- Research and identify suitable influencers and micro-creators for future collaborations.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance reports.

Weekly Deliverables
- 4 Instagram Feed Posts or Carousels
- 2 Instagram Reels
- Active Instagram Stories on 4-5 days per week
- Cross-post content to Facebook
- Create LinkedIn posts with platform-specific captions
- Ad creatives as required

Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand social media analytics and improve performance.
- Awareness of current social media trends and meme culture.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
