Catseye Group is a growing business group with multiple ventures across different industries. One of its key divisions is Monk IT Consulting, a digital marketing and IT agency that provides services such as Website Development, Performance

Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Video Editing.

We are currently looking for a motivated HR Intern who will support recruitment and HR operations for our digital marketing division and help us build a strong and talented team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the company
- Post job openings on job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Support management with HR reports and hiring updates




- Assist in maintaining a positive work culture and employee engagement

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring tools

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
