Key Responsibilities

Server & Systems Administration
- Active Directory & Group Policies: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Virtualization Management: Administer and optimize virtual environments using Hyper-V and VMware technologies.
- Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage enterprise backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitoring & Performance: Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity, and manage in office or cloud servers to ensure 99.9% uptime with regular backups and security patches.

Azure Cloud Operations
- Azure Platform Administration: Manage and administer Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage, Networking, Azure AD, RBAC, and subscription governance; perform BAU operations aligned with SOPs and runbooks.
- Azure Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Act as first line of ownership for Azure-related production incidents; troubleshoot across compute, storage,



networking, Azure AD, RBAC, VPN, VNET peering, NSGs, and Load Balancers; perform RCA and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
- SOP-Driven Cloud Operations: Execute and adhere to SOPs, maintain operational consistency, improve runbooks based on recurring incidents, and ensure compliance with SLAs, audit requirements, and operational standards.
- Terraform & Azure DevOps Support: Use Terraform for provisioning and modifying Azure infrastructure, troubleshoot deployment and state-related issues, support drift detection, and assist with Azure DevOps pipeline support, debugging, and CI/CD infrastructure workflows.
- Azure Monitoring, Security & Governance: Monitor Azure environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights; optimize resource utilization and cost; maintain RBAC, Azure Policies, governance frameworks, and Azure Key Vault; ensure compliance with organizational security sta
