Job Description - Senior Institutional Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Connect with schools and colleges to promote workshops and training programs.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed institutional partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school and college representatives.
- Follow up with institutions and ensure timely confirmation of sessions.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth execution of programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and scheduled sessions.
- Achieve monthly outreach and sales targets.
- Support and guide junior team members when required.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or institutional outreach.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Confident in handling calls and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Graduate in any stream.
