As a core member of our Vendor Products IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role- You will analyze, support and maintain strategic bespoke business platforms in a hybrid hosting environment, across AWS Cloud and on-prem.-




- Prepare changes, scripting, monitor and schedule updates to optimize operations-
- Participate and collaborate across multi-functional groups in the operational support model- Participate in the Operational Excellence strategy, including strategic monitoring and LEAN process improvement- Implementation _- Install and configure new releases into Test and Production environments- Coordinate the Release process with business groups, vendors and operations- Communicate detailed descriptions of functionality changes and provide follow-up support as required- Application Support / Development _- Create and run ad-hoc database queries / Reports- Effectively Communicate with the user community-
